**_For an interesting international company located in the Zaventem region we are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Coordinator (m/v/x)._**

**_ Function: _**

The Customer Engagement Coordinator will be a point of contact for clients and trainers during post-sale implementation of client-specific solutions throughout the various stages of the sales transformation and training engagement.

**_ _**

**_Responsibilities:_**
- You will** coordinate the implementation of complex products** and services for instructor led training sessions in the classroom as well as virtual training initiative;
- ** Leverage collaborative relationships** with cross functional departments to ensure a client-focused integrated delivery of products and services;
- ** Provide coverage and support** to other team members if needed;
- Maintaining responsible **follow-through**;
- You will **train and mentor** new team members;
- Continuously **sharing best practices and displaying operational expertise** with domestic and global peers;
- ** Participate in recruitment process**, contribute to vendor meetings, and collaboratively consult with colleagues regarding back-of-house enhancements;
- You are responsible for **Risk Management & Process Improvement**:

- Scheduling of **workshop rollouts;**:

- Tailor and send client communications;
- ** Prepare, setup and support** users on our eLearning platform;
- Set-up and report on **participant assessments** and reinforcement tools;
- Summarize **customer feedback** and facilitator reports to monitor potential opportunities/issues.

**_ Profile _**
- You have a **bachelor's degree**, or **equivalent work experience**;
- 1-3 years **proven experience** in providing **customer service** in a Business-to-Business environment;
- You have **excellent problem-solving** skills required
- Exceptional **written and verbal communication skills in English**:

- Knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus
- You are an advanced user of **Outlook, Excel, MS-Word, and PowerPoint**;
- Good Understanding of CRM (Salesforce), and other operational systems (SharePoint, NetSuite, Adobe or InDesign) a plus;
- You must be **highly responsive**, extremely **organized **and **have the ability to meet deadlines** and schedules.
