**You are responsible for**
- Supporting our sales and customer in the day-to-day operation, against KPI’s and QMS standards:
- Timely creation and execution of sales orders up to delivery
- First-time right and on time release of customer billing and creation of customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements
- Appropriate follow up on complaints and operational related requests
- Act as a first point of contact for business and/or market escalations
- Using the corresponding IT-tools to do so (SAP/SFDC/APPTUS/ );
- Respond to external/internal requests for information;
- Actively identifying corrective actions and driving improvement according to LEAN ways of working and participating in LEAN process improvement activities;
- Behavioral: Daily demonstration of the Philips Leadership competencies and behaviors.
**You are a part of**
As a Sales Support Representative, you will report into the Coordinator of the Sales Support department, IGT Devices International.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience within Sales Support or Back Office environment
- Dedicated personality who loves to work within a hectic & dynamical environment
- Ability to deal and engage with demanding stakeholders
- Advanced English language skills. Good knowledge of any of the following language is an advantage; Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian
- Knowledge and understanding of working in a Medical Device industry is preferred
- Culturally sensitive
