As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the trusted partner for our customers to guide them and provide technical support on Hologic Diagnostics products. You will own a solution to the challenges presented and will engage the relevant expertise when you require additional support.
We are looking for a collaborative team player passionate about communication and working in a diverse environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent customer support & experience to end-users for both technical and application issues
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on advanced products and own next actions
- Take ownership to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Willing to become a recognized and trusted expert in Hologic products
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent verbal and written English and Italian language skills are essential with good knowledge of either Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch
- Customer Support Experience
- Adaptability in a fast-paced growing and changing environment
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of initiative, great attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Having a biomedical background will be advantageous
