Vacatureomschrijving
Voor het Somfy BeLux Customer Care Team zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Support Representative. Hierbij zal je een cruciale rol spelen in het bieden van uitstekende ondersteuning aan onze klanten en interne teams. In deze rol draag je samen met je collega's bij aan een naadloze customer journey door deskundig advies te geven over onze producten, tijdig en correct orders te verwerken, en een optimale klant ervaring te waarborgen. Daarnaast ondersteun je de buitendienst met relevante klantinformatie en zorg je voor het beheer van klant- en ordergegevens in onze systemen. Als een proactieve probleemoplosser behandel je klantvragen en signaleer je knelpunten vroegtijdig. Je draagt bij aan een hoge klanttevredenheid door duidelijke communicatie, effectieve samenwerking en een oplossingsgerichte houding.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Het afhandelen van klantvragen via telefoon, email en andere kanalen m.b.t. beschikbaarheid producten, prijzen, orderverwerking, bestellingen, logistiek en betalingen;
- Het geven van gepaste informatie en/of advies door het voldoende uitdiepen van de klantbehoefte waarbij de mogelijkheid tot upselling voldoende wordt benut;
- Het verhogen van het aantal online bestellingen waarbij men klanten ondersteuning biedt in geval van moeilijkheden en gezorgd wordt voor een correcte en volledige verwerking van orders in het ERP systeem;
- Behandeling van retouraanvragen;
- Tijdig signaleren van onregelmatigheden en indien nodig proactief klanten contacteren;
- Verwerken/onderhouden van klantgegevens in het ERP systeem alsook het uitvoeren van de nodige registraties in het CRM pakket;
- Het signaleren en registeren van kwaliteitsissues en het doorgeven van de betreffende informatie aan de Kwaliteitsmanager NEBA;
- Ondersteunen van de buitendienst medewerkers met betrekking tot relevante klantinformatie, orderverwerking, leveringen en correcte tarieven;
- Het opvolgen van marketing promoties door het verwerken van de binnenkomende orders volgens de afgesproken processen;
- Heeft aandacht voor het continue verbeteren van onze 'customer journey' door het verzamelen en delen van feedback van klanten met de relevante collega's om zo systemen en processen verder te optimaliseren;
- Specifieke taken op individueel niveau:
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de administratieve handelingen m.b.t. de B2B Webshop: het verwerken van promoties, bijhouden van klantgegevens en informatie op de Webshop in samenwerking met de E commerce Manager B2B;
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bijhouden van het ERP en CRM systeem op basis van de laatst gemaakte prijsafspraken met klanten door het verkoopteam;
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bijhouden van specifieke ERP-modules m.b.t. product en orderverwerking en zodoende acteren als expert voor die specifieke ERP.
Functie-eisen
- Een afgeronde opleiding graduaat in een technische richting (bv. Elektromechanica, Elektronica, of een vergelijkbare richting), met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een klantondersteunende rol met een technisch product;
- Goede technische kennis of een sterke affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën, gecombineerd met een klantgerichte, dienstverlenende en commercieel gedreven aanpak. Kennis van motoren en automatisatie is een plus;
- Probleemoplosser met het vermogen om te diagnosticeren, oplossingen te identificeren. Neemt initiatief, werkt planmatig en heeft oog voor detail en kwaliteit;
- Uitstekende communicatie en luistervaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Frans. Engelse taalvaardigheid is een plus. Bouwt sterke relaties op met klanten en collega's en communiceert effectief via verschillende kanalen;
- In staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd uit te voeren, zelfstandig te werken en gemotiveerd te blijven in een dynamische omgeving;
- Bekendheid met CRM systemen (bijvoorbeeld Salesforce) en algemene IT vaardigheden.
