**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor een wereldwijde specialist in elektrisch en digitale infrastructuur gelegen in Zaventem is Hays op zoek naar een **Sales Support Coördinator.**
Als Sales Support Coördinator volg je **projecten **op van **A tot Z**. Je bent het **aanspreekpunt **voor de verschillende partijen, zowel extern als intern (logistiek, leveranciers, collega’s, sales, productie ). Jouw rol bestaat uit het proactief anticiperen op de productbehoeften van de projecten. Verder zorg je voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van leveringen, bestellingen, klachten en retourzendingen van klanten. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook het Sales Support team. Tot slot ben je vertrouwd met **Excel **voor het maken van analyses.

**Jouw profiel**
Als Sales Support **Coördinator **heb je zeker een eerste relevante **ervaring **binnen Sales Support. Je kan vlot communiceren in het **Nederlands **en **Frans**. Verder heb je een goede kennis van Excel. Tot slotte werk je heel nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en heb je een **commerciële **ingesteldheid. Houd je van collegialiteit maar ook van **zelfstandigheid**? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou.

**De arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Onze klant uit Zaventem is een bekende speler in zijn sector en biedt jou meteen een **vast contract** aan. Vanaf de start ontvang je een **aantrekkelijke **verloning aangevuld met maaltijdcheques, groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen en een extra **bonus**. Je werkt 40 uren per week, waardoor je jaarlijks recht hebt op **12 adv-dagen**. Maandag tot donderdag werk je tot 17u en vrijdag eindig je een uurtje vroeger, waardoor je weekend om 16u kan beginnen.
