**Job Summary**

The Marketing Specialist role in e-commerce will be part of the team that defines, implements and supports growth strategies in B2C and B2B ecommerce for UPS Europe Region.

He/She will be responsible for integrating marketing data and information from multiple sources using qualitative and quantitative approach to evaluate market opportunities and trends.

This position works cross-functionally to analyze and interpret information in response to ad-hoc requests as well as aligning requirements and facilitating project development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop structured analyses to formulate recommendation for capability development or product enhancement
- Review multiple data sources to validate accuracy of data included in reports
- Efficiently and effectively summarize information, trends, implications and analyses using graphs, charts, and text to inform management and initiators of requests
- Develop compelling storyline and presentations
- Presents findings internally to keep workgroups informed and up-to-date
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, product and marketing team to translate business requirement into technology requirement
- Prioritize parallel activities and ensure project timeline
- Monitor product performance by conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis and continuously monitoring KPI to improve
- Partner effectively with marketing, engineering and sales to create assets and ensure effective internal training
- Collaborate with communication teams to create compelling value proposition and collaterals

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good understanding of market trend, competitive landscape, merchant and customer need in B2B and B2C e-commerce market
- Familiar with tools and methodology to conduct market research and surveys
- Good understanding of technology and its relevance in business
- Be the champion of voice of customers
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Stakeholder management skills; comfortable working in matrix organization and ability to influence decision making
- Ability to think strategically and tactically, and the ability to navigate between the two
- Good project management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Proficient with basic or advanced data analytics tools, such as Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics etc.
- University degree - preferably in Business, Engineering and Computer Sciences
- Master degree preferred
