National O&m Manager

**MISSION of the O&M National department**:
At national level: plan, coordinate and manage the operational
- and core maintenance activities of Luminus production assets (Mainly Thermal & Hydro), in order to maximize performance at an optimal cost, with the ultimate goal to be the long term preferred energy-provider for the Optimization (trading) department.
**TASKS**:
- Management (HR, selection, promotion, coaching, daily supervision, training, organization ) of the of O&M National South teams (E&I team, Mechanical team, Logistic cell)
- Responsible for the management (defining scope, coordination, preparation, execution, REX ) of planned overhauls (including the major overhauls/retrofits) of our production units. For bigger projects, a project manager is assigned (from project department)
- Support the sites with reactive maintenance activities on request
- The MAI Manager takes care the Maintenance & overhaul activities are prepared, executed, documented in line with our Maintenance governance. (CMMS: SAP PM/MM).
- Coordination and follow-up of the O&M National subcontractors
- Insure safe work conditions during all our activities in order to reach the 0 accident target (For internal staff and contractors).
- Define the maintenance plans for thermal/hydro plants.
- Manage the maintenance plans: from creation (based on RCM methodology) up to the management of the improvement loops
- Responsible for Yearly outage scheduling of the different production units in order to optimize the cost, technical risks and revenues, in collaboration with the asset owners (sites) and the optimization department
- Responsible for** **collecting and disseminating operations, maintenance and HSE best practices across sites.
- Responsible for** **providing, upon request, in-house or external technical expertise to the sites when needed, especially (but not limited to) expertise in the field of Turbo-machinery. The expertise can be collected from O&M National, the Projects department or from the EDF group
- Responsible for the strategic spare parts management
- Maintain excellent contacts with peers by being present on user conferences organized by EDF, OEMs or experts companies, in order to have a broad view on the industrial best practices for the technical management of our fleet, and to preview potential technical risks with our assets.
- Main Interface with the equipment OEM’s and the main service providers.
- Optimize the cost of the different units through an optimal allocation of the O&M National human resources to the different sites
- Support the site managers to establish the yearly and long term budgets.
- Insure the development and the training of the O&M team. Foresee and organize all relevant training for the good execution of the O&M tasks, (supported by HR)

**Soft skills**:
- Master degree in engineering : Minimum 5, preferably 10 years of relevent function in the business
- Experience in maintenance/asset management in a large industry environment
- Experience in managing teams
- Experience in change management (organization)
- Experience in contract management (LTSA, contractors)
- Interest in new technologies and latest developments (Industry 4.0, IoT, big date, AI/ML, )
- Fluent Fr and English
