**Your responsibilities**:
- **You prepare all the paperwork and other materials related to project and product documentation** with the input of the development team.
- You ensure all the documentation meets internal and client expectations in terms of content, format and timing.
- You take responsibility of the maintenance of product documentation during the product lifetime cycle.
- You contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the internal documentation strategy and document managing system.
- You support and guide the development team in their documentation activities.
**What you bring along**:
- A **bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering**:
- A **profound knowledge of English and Dutch**, **notions of French and German**:
- You have good experience with MS Office tools, with emphasis on **Ms Sharepoint**:
- You are **communicative team player** who shows initiative and possesses a proactive mindset.
- You have a critical mindset and a great attention to detail
- You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- You have experience with Atlassian Confluence
- You can work **1 day from home**
- Only EU residents who already hold a valid work permit will be considered for this role._
