We help global enterprise companies in the IT & Financial Services industry to make the joint action plans with their business partners more predictable. The vast majority of sales happen through partnerships. That's why companies want be able to collaborate & keep track of the partners/resellers who sell their products & services. We call this **Business Relationship Management (BRM)**.

Our BRM solution is used by (channel) account managers, who use Qollabi to plan, collaborate & share business plans with their partners. This leads to both the account manager & the partner having increased commitment and being more productive in their collaboration.

**Job description**

During your Customer Success internship, you will learn & help the Customer Success team with onboarding new customers & enable existing customers to make them experience a maximum amount of business value, using the Qollabi BRM technology.

This means you will have a big impact, working with bigger and smaller companies in the Bank & Insurance, Postal and IT industries. You will be working with companies such as bpost, Baloise, Atlassian,... to make their business/partner plans work.

Besides that, you’ll work closely together with all team members (including our VP Product, the VP Customer Success & Operations & the CEO) who will be happy to support you in your journey in managing successful customer-centric projects.

You are someone who:

- IMPORTANT: You have a school internship agreement & you're available for 4-6 months
- Is curious about tech, software & how enterprises work
- Works in a structured way and able to communicate clearly & regularly towards the team & towards clients
- Is result-driven and has strong problem-solving skills
- Wants to roll up your sleeves and gets the job done
- Is a true team player: not only within the Customer Success Team but also towards our clients
- Is proactive & knows to act without being told what to do
- Writes & speaks English (but we assume that if you read until this point, English won’t be a problem :) ). French and Dutch are a plus
