To accommodate our growth we are looking for an inspiring and charismatic iMEP Education Solutions Specialist based at our European HQ in Mechelen.

**About the Role**:
As iMEP Education Solutions Specialist you are responsible for organizing and guiding internal and external educational events. These events are, but not limited to, product training, procedural trainings, simulation trainings and Nipro Flagship Events. The iMEP Education Solutions Specialist supports the iMEP Director and is the iMEP liaison with Japan in building new offerings towards internal and external stakeholders.

**What you'll do**:
Your main role will be to act as trainer (50%):

- You give simulation trainings, vascular access trainings, trainings about new technologies and others. This virtually, at iMEP facilities or on location (hospitals, congresses ) to a diverse international public (nurses, clients, students,)
- You ensure alignment of the education strategy with the business needs/priorities and the integration of the learning principles and continuous learning foundation.
- You ensure top class educational models for training.

On top of that you will be responsible for (50%):

- Evaluating industry leading best practices for education development and employing sound yet accelerated learning principles and strategies.
- Defining parameters for planning, designing, deploying, and measuring education to achieve greater leverage, scale and impact, in line with the educational strategic objectives and core values of our business.
- Defining learning and development paths for critical audiences and roles.
- Building a network of teachers and speakers.
- Leading innovative projects to improve the effectivity and efficiency of the tools used in Education.
- Maintaining and delivering adequate reporting and dashboards to facilitate data driven decision making.
- Providing a blueprint for Education with key components, i.e. programs, processes and tools.

**What you'll need**:

- Having a scientific degree will help you a lot: nurse, MD, physiotherapist,Having experience with dialyses would be an added value.
- Fluency in English, spoken as well as written. All other languages are a plus.
- You love interaction and are able to adapt your communication style to your public. You communicate in a clear manner and are willing to share your knowledge and best practices.
