Ben jij een gepassioneerde logistiek export specialist? Dan zoeken wij jou Als onderdeel van het team bij een grote automotivespeler in Gent en Aalst, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepele verloop van onze exportactiviteiten. Je hoofddoel is het optimaliseren van klanttevredenheid door het stroomlijnen van transportprocessen en het nauwgezet beheren van exportleveringen.

Jouw taken omvatten onder andere het verbeteren van levertijden door efficiëntere transportorganisatie en nauwlettend toezicht op exportzendingen. Je zorgt voor tijdige en nauwkeurige documentatie en vergunningen, en legt efficiënte procedures vast. Het is jouw taak om contact te onderhouden met transporteurs en het juiste transportmiddel te kiezen voor elk type goederen. Je werkt nauw samen met het magazijn en neemt actief stappen om laad
- en losprocessen te coördineren.

Communicatie is essentieel in deze rol, zowel intern als extern. Je bent in staat om helder en overtuigend te communiceren met klanten en collega's, en staat altijd klaar om problemen op te lossen en risico's te mínimaliseren. Je denkt creatief en bent proactief in het vinden van oplossingen om onze organisatie en klanttevredenheid continu te verbeteren.

**Profiel**

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste kandidaat die uitblinkt in klantgerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit. Herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten? Aarzel dan niet om te solliciteren
- Ben je een vlotte communicator met een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen?
- Beschik je over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en een scherp oog voor detail?
- Heb je ervaring met het gebruik van computers en ben je bedreven in het MS Office pakket?
- Ken je de verschillende transportmodaliteiten, zoals weg-, zee
- en luchttransport?
- Bezit je een eigen auto voor verplaatsingen naar de haven?
- Beheers je zowel het Nederlands als het Engels op een zeer goed niveau?
- Ben je een teamspeler die ondersteuning biedt waar nodig?
- Heb je enige ervaring in de logistieke sector?
- Sta je open voor af en toe wisselen tussen onze locaties in Gent en Aalst?
