**Financing Specialist - Middle Office Business Loans**

Pour le département Business Banking, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Financing Specialist **pour intégrer l’équipe Middle Office Business Loans. L’équipe Business Banking de la Banque Triodos est spécialisée dans l’octroi de crédits aux professionnels ayant un impact positif sur l’environnement, la société ou la culture. Le Middle Office Business Loans gère un portefeuille de crédits de clients actifs dans divers secteurs (non-marchand, SME, Renewable Energy et Real Estate). Le/la Financing Specialist est responsable du suivi d’un portefeuille de clients SME/non-marchand et Real Estate ou d’un portefeuille de clients actifs dans l’Energie Renouvelable.

**Tâches et responsabilités**:
**Suivi du portefeuille de clients crédits**:

- Le/la Financing Specialist est le/la personne de contact Business Banking pour un portefeuille de clients.
- Nouvelles demandes de crédit : rédaction des propositions de crédit
- Suivi des crédits existants : rédaction des révisions (analyse financière), récolte des données relatives à l’impact sociétal des clients, révisions des taux,
- Pour ce faire, le/la Financing Specialist est capable d’identifier les risques, les opportunités, l’impact et les limites d’un dossier - en effectuant notamment des analyses financières.
- Rédaction des analyses sectorielles pour les secteurs dans lesquels Triodos Banque Belgique est active.

**Application et amélioration des processus de crédit**:

- S’assurer que les procédures de crédit soient claires et qu’elles soient appliquées au sein du département crédit.
- Formuler des propositions d’amélioration des processus de suivi et d’octroi de crédits et les implémenter (process improvement).

**Profile**:

- Vous disposez d’un diplôme de master (finance, économie ou droit)
- Idéalement, vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle pertinente dans des activités de crédit ou un de nos secteurs d’activité (énergies renouvelables, culture, social, non-marchand, SME, ).
- Vous souhaitez contribuer à la gestion et au développement d’un portefeuille de crédit aux entreprises et organisations durables.
- Vous avez un profil à la fois analytique et commercial
- Vous faites preuve d’un esprit analytique et vous savez présenter vos analyses de façon succincte.
- Vous êtes sensible au risque et vous êtes capable de traiter des problèmes commerciaux et financiers.
- Vous êtes disposés à adopter des points de vue clairs, avec des arguments solides.
- Vous êtes capable de prendre des initiatives et de gérer une multitude de tâches.
- Vous vous adaptez aisément aux différents clients et à l’envergure des dossiers.
- Vous avez l’esprit d'équipe, vous êtes flexible et vous avez une grande capacité d’adaptation.
- Vous possédez d’excellentes connaissances et capacités rédactionnelles en néerlandais, français et anglais.
