Het team Communication, Branding & Sustainability van AXA Belgium is op zoek naar een Senior Spokesperson & Communication Expert. In ons team streven we ernaar om een perfecte klantbeleving te bieden en delen we dezelfde ambitie:
1. De algemene merkbeleving van AXA verbeteren en ons positioneren aan de hand van communicatieacties, mediacampagnes en events

2. Onze commerciële realisaties intern en extern in de kijker zetten

3. Ons positioneren als een verantwoordelijke onderneming en werkgever, door ons duidelijk toe te spitsen op duurzaamheid, diversiteit, inclusie en welzijn.

4. Het engagement van de werknemers vergroten, de algemene beleving van de werknemers verbeteren wat het delen van informatie betreft, ons leadership ondersteunen in de realisatie van hun leidersrol.

5. Onze communicatie-community's en SoMe-ambassadeurs versterken en aan het werk zetten

Je aandacht en bijdrage komen zeer concreet tot uiting in je rol als woordvoerder van AXA Belgium naar de pers, officiële instanties en andere belanghebbenden, maar ook in het leiden van de hierboven vermelde externe communicatieactiviteiten.

Dit zijn jouw concrete verantwoordelijkheden:
1. Je promoot AXA en je beschermt onze reputatie via proactieve persinitiatieven en public relations.

i. Je bouwt actief een netwerk van perscontacten en andere belangrijke belanghebbenden op en je onderhoudt het.

ii. Als intern journalist ga je actief op zoek naar actueel nieuws, maak je gebruik van ons persbeleid en je interne netwerk om op het vlak van merk, duurzaamheid en als werkgever de meest waardevolle realisaties te verzamelen.

iii. Je organiseert creatieve initiatieven (nieuwsartikelen, sociale netwerken, enz.) om de aandacht te trekken van journalisten en andere doelgroepen (bij. NGO's) en je zet onze realisaties in de kijker.

iv. Je organiseert het pers
- en mediatoezicht om reputatierisico's vast te stellen en zo gepast mogelijk te reageren

v. Je treedt op als woordvoerder van AXA Belgium ten aanzien van de pers, officiële instanties en alle andere belanghebbenden.

2. Je ondersteunt de positionering van onze CEO en onze hogere kaderleden door onze aanwezigheid in de media te organiseren en opportuniteiten te zoeken, discussiepunten te bepalen die in de lijn liggen van onze strategie, toespraken op te stellen, audiovisuele ondersteuning te bieden...

3. Je meet het succes van onze acties en je stimuleert innovatie outside-in in onze manier van werken.

Daartoe werk je nauw samen met het Top Management, Business, Marketing, Distributie, HR en de medewerkers van de AXA Groep, en met de betrokken partijen in interne en externe communicatie, via ons officiële persbeleid en ook erbuiten.
**Jouw Profiel**
Vijf redenen waarom we jou nodig hebben om deze uitdaging aan te gaan:
1. Je hebt je waarde en je expertise als woordvoerder bewezen, in de relaties tussen de pers en het publiek of als journalist, in reputatie
- en crisismanagement en communicatie (intern/extern). Ervaring in de volgende domeinen (of sommige ervan) is een troef: sociale netwerken, reclame, mediaplanning, creatief ontwerp, marketing, employer branding, ontwerp en organisatie van (grootschalige bedrijfs)evenementen...)

2. Als lid van het communicatieteam van AXA:

- kan je enthousiasme opwekken en praat en schrijf je vlot in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels
- beheers je perfect de algemene communicatievaardigheden, zoals news hunting, copywriting, schrijven van toespraken, projectbeheer, beheer van de belanghebbenden, enz.
- heb je een goed ontwikkelde digitale/sociale netwerkvoetafdruk
- profileer je je als iemand die zeer #ProudToBeAXA is. Als eerste ambassadeur en officieel woordvoerder van AXA identificeer je jezelf met waar AXA voor staat en geloof je er ook vast in (ons nobele doel, onze merkpositionering, onze commerciële strategie, onze focus op MVO, diversiteit en inclusie, enz.)

3. Je hebt goed ontwikkelde sociale vaardigheden. Je integreert gemakkelijk in je team en je blinkt uit in transversale samenwerking. Een bewezen ervaring met personeelsbeheer is een troef.

4. Je bent een geboren netwerker en knoopt gemakkelijk relaties aan. Je bent diplomatisch, je geeft blijk van visie en begrip op strategisch niveau en je kan tactvol handelen en spreken.

Je bent een creatieve innovator die al het mogelijke doet om onvergetelijke communicatie-ervaringen te bieden. Je wil verandering tot stand brengen en je verbindt je ertoe om resultaten te bereiken. Daarbij streef je naar eenvoud, voor jezelf, je collega's, onze klanten en alle belanghebbenden.
