**CapitalatWork Foyer Group** est un gestionnaire d'actifs dynamique et indépendant pour des clients privés et professionnels. Depuis 30 ans déjà, nous construisons la valeur ajoutée des portefeuilles d'investissement de nos clients en appliquant notre philosophie d'investissement disciplinée et nos connaissances en planification successorale. Nous gérons des actifs d'environ 9 milliards d'euros et employons environ 140 collaborateurs répartis dans sept bureaux : Anvers, Breda, Bruxelles, Gand, Courtrai, Louvain-la-Neuve et Luxembourg.

Pour renforcer notre équipe de Bruxelles, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) **Compliance Officer**.

**Responsabilités**:

- Vous remettez un avis compliance sur des dossiers signalés par la première ligne, et pour lesquels des manquements en matière de KYC ont été constatés ;
- Vous analysez les données des clients, des structures organisationnelles et des documents tels que statuts, ventes de société etc. pour les nouveaux clients et les clients existants (particuliers et professionnels) ;
- Vous analysez les dossiers parfois complexes, de manière autonome, dans le cadre de la législation sur le blanchiment, afin de formuler un avis concernant la décision à prendre ;
- Vous évaluez si le profil du client présente un risque particulier ;
- Vous analysez les opérations atypiques des clients qui peuvent indiquer un risque possible de blanchiment de capitaux, de financement du terrorisme et/ou de fraude ;
- Vous avez la capacité de prendre des décisions après vous être forgé une opinion fondée et vous assurez la présentation du dossier auprès du Chief Compliance Officer.

**Compétences requises**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master ;
- Vous avez une expérience de quelques années en Compliance ou en AML ;
- Vous aimez penser de manière critique et analytique ;
- Vous êtes pro-actif/ve, assertif/ve et n’hésitez pas à suggérer des améliorations si nécessaire ;
- Vous êtes résistant au stress ;
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais et êtes capable de rédiger de courts mémos dans les deux langues.
