Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Safety Coach
- Wetgeving en Normering: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwgezet volgen en doen naleven van de laatste wet
- en regelgeving, inclusief ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en VCA, met betrekking tot veiligheid en milieu.
- Opvolging en Advies: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen de VKM dienst, om werven te controleren op naleving van veiligheids
- en milieuregels. Je ondersteunt de werfleiding bij het nakomen van hun verplichtingen op dit gebied.
- Arbeidsongevallen en Incidenten: Je voert diepgaande analyses uit naar de oorzaken van arbeidsongevallen en incidenten op het gebied van veiligheid en milieu, waarbij je samenwerkt met de hiërarchische lijn. Op basis van deze analyses adviseer je over preventieve maatregelen om toekomstige risico's te mínimaliseren.
- Toepassing van het VKM-Zorgsysteem: Je ziet toe op de juiste naleving van de procedures zoals vastgelegd in ons bedrijfshandboek. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het signaleren van afwijkingen, tekortkomingen en verbeterpunten, en draag je bij aan interne en externe audits.
- Communicatie en Voorlichting: Je speelt een cruciale rol in zowel interne als externe communicatie op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu. Door middel van doeltreffende communicatie en gerichte voorlichting zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd zijn over relevante onderwerpen.

Jouw profiel:

- Je beschikt over een relevant diploma en hebt bij voorkeur minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de bouwsector.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van relevante wet
- en regelgeving met betrekking tot veiligheid en milieu.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en in staat om op verschillende niveaus effectief te communiceren.
- Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken en initiatief neemt waar nodig.
