What will you be doing?:
Bij BDO krijg je de kans om echt een verschil te maken binnen de publieke sector. Je rol is divers en dynamisch:

- ** Leiden van transformatieprojecten**: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategieën die publieke organisaties helpen om hun doelen te bereiken. Dit omvat onder andere:

- ** Strategieën herontwerpen en evalueren**: Of het nu om een algemene strategie gaat of domeinspecifiek ( zoals duurzaamheid).
- ** Organisaties ontwikkelen en laten groeien**: Verbeteren van structuur, processen, nieuwe manieren van werken, HR, enz.
- ** Dienstverleningsconcepten herdenken**:

- ** (Digitale) transformaties begeleiden**: Organisaties door complexe (digitale) veranderingen loodsen en draagvlak creëren.
- ** Samenwerkingsmogelijkheden en fusies verkennen en mee helpen realiseren**:

- **Beheren van complexe projecten**: Van programma’s tot volledige portefeuilles.
- ...en nog veel meer spannende uitdagingen.
- ** Sturen en coachen**: Binnen ons team van publieke sector consultants neem je een senior rol op. Je coacht en motiveert jongere collega's en leidt projectteams om succesvolle opleveringen te garanderen.
- ** Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden**: Sterke banden smeden met partners en klanten is essentieel.
- ** Nieuwe kansen identificeren**: Je ziet kansen en neemt het voortouw om deze te realiseren.
- ** Commerciële voorstellen opstellen**: Leiding nemen in het opstellen van voorstellen en klantcontacten onderhouden.
- ** Expertise uitbouwen**: Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van onze publieke sector expertise, zowel nationaal als internationaal.

What do you bring to the table?:
Jij bent een enthousiaste en ervaren professional die klaar is voor een nieuwe uitdaging binnen de publieke sector. We zoeken iemand met:

- ** Ruime ervaring**: Tussen de 7 en 10 jaar werkervaring in advieswerk binnen de publieke sector, bij voorkeur met regionale en federale overheden.
- ** Deskundigheid**: Je hebt een grondige kennis van organisatieontwerp, service design, procesbeheer, strategisch management, verandermanagement en projectmanagement.
- ** Gecertificeerd en getraind**: Certificaties in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Innovatieve Arbeidsorganisatie, ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, analytics (PowerBI, Tableau...) zijn een grote plus.
- ** Ambitieus**: Je bent gedreven om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen en onze klantenportefeuille uit te breiden.
- ** Taalvaardig**: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
- ** Relatiebouwer**: Je kunt sterke vertrouwensrelaties opbouwen met klanten, partners, leveranciers en collega's.
- ** Communicatief sterk**: Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie-, presentatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
