**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk om samen met onze private bankers en onze wealth managers klanten te ontmoeten die vragen hebben over estate planning, om hen op hun vragen een antwoord te geven en op basis van uw ervaring en kennis een gepersonaliseerd advies te formuleren.
Als senior estate planner dient u omwille van uw grote autonomie een expertise te hebben op vlak van de klassieke rechtstakken voor een estate planner, maar ook op de materies die betrekking hebben op herstructurering van vennootschappen, overdracht van vennootschappen, fiscaliteit van bancaire producten, internationaal privaatrecht en internationale fiscaliteit.
Ook de effectieve uitvoering en de opvolging van de door u geformuleerde adviezen behoort tot uw opdracht.
Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: je hebt contact met jouw vaste private bankers en wealth managers, plant zelfstandig vergadering (digitaal & fysiek) in met klanten, je schrijft je adviezen uit en licht deze mondeling toe aan klanten. Je bereidt ook het vervolg van hun planning voor door contact op te nemen met hun notaris of door bepaalde akten of overeenkomsten voor te bereiden.
Op geregelde tijdstippen sta je ook in voor de vorming van onze nieuwe private bankers en geeft u workshops of schrijft u artikels om de kennis van onze private bankers & wealth managers up to date te houden. U voelt zich ook comfortabel om voor een groep van klanten op een begrijpbare en vlotte manier diverse technieken van successieplanning toe te lichten.
Kortom, een gevarieerde job in een dynamische werkomgeving en een collegiale sfeer, met ruimte voor individuele ontplooiing.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- een universitair diploma (rechten), ervaring in het notariaat is een pluspunt
- ongeveer 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkwaardige functie met een uitstekende kennis van fiscaliteit, huwelijksvermogensrecht en erfrecht
- een perfecte beheersing van het Frans en een goede kennis van het Nederlands
- zeer goede communicatieve en pedagogische vaardigheden (mondeling & schriftelijk)
- klantgericht kunnen denken
- verantwoordelijkheid nemen en kunnen prioritiseren
- kunnen werken op een autonome en georganiseerde manier
Je scoort extra met:
- ervaring met het opmaken van aangiftes van nalatenschap
- een vlotte schrijfstijl voor commerciële strategische publicaties voor klanten
