**Transportmedewerker Supporting Data**:

Onze Transportafdeling organiseert dagelijks weg-, lucht
- en zeetransporten met reservedelen en projectlading, ter bevoorrading van onze werven en schepen in binnen
- en buitenland. Binnen deze afdeling zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een **Transportmedewerker **voor ons team**:Supporting Services-Data Management**.

Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

- Beoordelen van informatie-instroom en correct onderhoud van diverse databases, zodoende dat het transportproces foutloos en vlot verloopt.
- Uitvoeren van diverse voorbereidingen binnen het transportproces waarbij men fungeert als ondersteunend team voor de andere teams en interne klanten.
- Je stoomt als het ware alle info klaar voor teams Export en Planning zodat zij verder kunnen met het boeken van transporten. Alsook fungeer je als aanspreekpunt van team Orderpickers bij vragen/problemen.”
Je bent dus een Key User in het logistieke systeem, die naast onderhoud van de transportdatabase ook de gebruikers ervan met raad en daad bijstaat.
- Fungeren als back-up bij vragen over het transport van gevarengoed via weg-, zee-, en luchtvracht.
- Fungeren als back-up voor administratie douane-entrepot en tijdelijke invoer.
- Fungeren als back-up voor de opvolging van opleidingen van collega’s binnen Transport.

**Profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een bachelor of graduaat in een logistieke (bij voorkeur) of andere richting of je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Planning, stressbestendigheid en organisatie zijn je belangrijkste troeven. Je kan het overzicht bewaren, prioriteiten toewijzen en linken leggen wanneer je in aanraking komt met een grote hoeveelheid aan info.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent een administratieve duizendpoot.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
- Je wordt tewerkgesteld in onze vlot bereikbare kantoren te Hofstade/Aalst.
