Your Mission
As Quality Manager, you are responsible for the Quality Management operation of the plant (products, systems, processes, deliveries) regarding the customers’ satisfaction and quality targets.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for customer relations at the quality level and keep/improve customer satisfaction.
- You consolidate customer complaints and chargeback costs to Customers/Suppliers (OEM) when required.
- You improve and coordinate activities that ensure the product/process/deliveries/suppliers and system quality are in full compliance with customer requirements and Eurofit’s procedures.
- You are responsible for TWA qualification and follow-up of customer’s approval (PPAP/ISA/PSW) in the plant.
- You maintain the QM system of the customer and/or compliance with IATF or any other applicable standard required by the customer or legislation.
- You plan, coordinate, and accomplish internal/external QM audits/certifications/ Inspects, you perform internal audits and improve the QM status with followed-up action plans to close non-conformities.
- You ensure the development and refinement of Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- You ensure smooth, clear, and efficient communication with the Group’s Head of Quality, the Group Quality & Project Manager, and Plant Managers in case of deviations from standard and KPI drops and initiate corrective actions.
- You manage suppliers by monitoring their performance (PPM) and assist the customer to push suppliers to continue improvement (quality report).
- You maintain the compliance of the Management System.
- You participate in risk assessment compilation, implementation, and action plan follow-up.
Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Management in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the automotive market is an advantage.
- Having the various ISO certifications (IATF, ISO14001) is a plus.
- You have excellent MS Office skills.
- You are fluent in the local language (Dutch) & English.
- You have the skills to guide, motivate, develop, and monitor your direct reports.
- You are open to travel to support other plants for a short time.
