Onze klant is een Belgische KMO gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling van software-pakketten voor bedrijven. Meer specifiek ontwikkelt de onderneming een ERP-oplossing gericht op projectbeheer, facturatie, timesheets, aankoopbeheerDe klanten van deze organisatie, zijn voornamelijk actief in: IT consultancy, Audit, AccountancyOmwille van de groei binnen de onderneming zijn ze op zoek naar een Project Manager voor hun hoofdkantoor te Mechelen.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Project Manager kom je terecht in een vlakke organisatie met weinig hiërarchie. In deze rol zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de begeleiding van klanten bij het ganse traject van implementatie. Je zal nauw samenwerken met andere collega’s zoals bijvoorbeeld het development-team en analysten. Meer specifiek zullen jouw taken zijn:
- Het organiseren van workshops met klanten met als doel het analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen om deze te kunnen vertalen naar ERP-toepassingen;
- Het opstellen van offertes en deze bespreken met klanten;
- Het opstellen van duidelijke scrum-opdrachten voor het development team en de vooruitgang opvolgen en bespreken met de klant;
- Het begeleiden van de implementatie en configuratie van de ERP-toepassing bij klanten;
- Het organiseren van opleidingssessies bij klanten.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je hebt eerder al gewerkt met ERP-toepassingen;
- Je hebt een IT
- of economische achtergrond;
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring als business analyst, functioneel analyst of project manager;
- Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en hebt een goed time management;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels;
- Je bent zelfstandig en durft initiatief nemen;
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
