**Job omschrijving**:
Onze klant is een organisatie actief in de sector van ICT-dienstverlening. Ze ontwikkelen efficiënte toepassingen op maat die zich focussen op onder meer de automatisatie van administratieve procedures. Wegens de vele projectaanvragen, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Software Project Manager die voor klanten in verschillende openbare instellingen de opvolging zal behartigen (bv. Stad Antwerpen). Tegelijk zal de nieuwe PM ook ICT-projecten zal beheren voor het zusterbedrijf, die actief zijn in de juridische sector.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Je krijgt te maken met een variëteit aan projecten en een afwisselende functie-inhoud die er als volgt uitziet:
- Begeleiden en opvolgen van IT-projecten waar je rekening houdt met de volgende parameters:
- scope, timing, budget en resources. Je woont meetings bij en maakt de nodige verslagen;
- Je geeft terugkoppeling op een aantal actuele digitale projecten rond bijvoorbeeld de ontwikkeling van een RSZ-platform en allerhande applicaties rond facturatie, case-management, dossierbeheer e.d.;
- Functioneel aansturen van Agile teams (analisten, development, etc.) en actieve betrokkenheid in de test-fasering (planning, scenario’s uitschrijven, manuals en andere documentatie);
- Dankzij sterke accountmanagement vaardigheden leid je klanten vlot door procedures;
- Met je ervaring in budgetmanagement zorg je ervoor dat men niet voor onverwachte verrassingen komt te staan;
- Je denkt mee na over offertes in het kader van aanbestedingen en marktbevragingen vanuit een strategisch en inhoudelijk standpunt;
- Initiëren van optimalisaties in de werking het projectteam en bevragen van huidige methodes.
**Profielomschrijving**:
- Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding en/of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en kan je plan trekken in het Frans;
- Je kan terugblikken op minstens een aantal jaar ervaring binnen software projectmanagement en bent op de hoogte van de meest gekende methodieken en procedures binnen het PM-veld (ITIL, Prince II, );
- Je bent van nature een doorbijter en schrikt er niet voor af om je belangen te verdedigen. We zoeken iemand die uitdaging vindt in doorzettende communicatie;
- Je bent van nature analytisch en zet graag theorie om in praktijk.
