Wij kijken uit naar een ervaren AI Strategy Manager om ons team te versterken. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met klanten om hun AI strategie af te stemmen op hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen, waarbij je zorgt voor een naadloze integratie en effectieve implementatie van AI-initiatieven. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van klanten bij het gebruik van AI, risicobeheer en het opbouwen van AI Centers of Excellence. Wil jij deel uitmaken van ons team van specialisten? Solliciteer dan zeker en laat je talent en ervaring bijdragen aan onze missie- Als AI Strategy Manager werk je samen met klanten om hun AI-strategie af te stemmen op hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je vindt een complexe Business & IT omgeving een uitdaging.
- Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van meerdere AI-gerelateerde projecten voor zowel interne als externe klanten.
- Je ontwikkelt en presenteert business cases met betrekking tot het gebruik en de integratie van AI.
- Je stroomlijnt de implementatie van AI-gerelateerde use cases en initiatieven in samenwerking met de klant.
- Je begeleidt klanten bij het beoordelen en beperken van risico’s binnen hun AI-portfolio en -toepassingen.
- Je ondersteunt de oprichting en implementatie van een AI Center of Excellence.

**Wat breng jij mee?**:

- Je hebt ruime ervaring in AI-strategie, implementatie en consultancy.
- Je hebt diepgaande kennis van AI-technologieën, use cases en toepassingen en je volgt de evoluties in de markt op de voet.
- Je bent vertrouwd met risicobeheer binnen AI-toepassingen, AI-governance, beleids
- en regelgevingskaders.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden van klanten bij AI-gerelateerde business transformatietrajecten, het beheren van AI-initiatieven en het leveren van business value.
- Je communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden stellen je in staat om stakeholders op alle niveaus te betrekken. Jouw overtuigingskracht en passie komen hierbij goed van pas
- Je werkt gestructureerd en analytisch, je kan complexe zaken eenvoudig abstraheren en je hebt een probleemoplossende mindset.
- Dankzij je coachende stijl weet je andere projectleden te motiveren en naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.
- Je werkt volgens een hybride tewerkstellingsbeleid: vanuit het Cegeka kantoor in de buurt van je woonplaats (Gent, Hasselt, Antwerpen, Diegem of Leuven), in combinatie met thuiswerk en on site aanwezigheid bij de klant.
