**Jouw uitdaging**:
- Heb je een passie voor **digitale producten**? Zijn de wereld van **beleggen en financiële markten** jouw ding? Dan is deze rol jou waarschijnlijk op het lijf geschreven.
Als Product Manager ontwikkel je de strategie rond de financiële diensten van Mediafin. Van idee tot oplevering: je identificeert **concrete productopportuniteiten** en werkt ze vervolgens uit. Jouw missie omvat het lanceren van **nieuwe initiatieven**, maar ook het optimaliseren van ons **bestaand productaanbod**.
-Je vertaalt visie en strategie naar concrete projecten. Je zet de nodige werkgroepen op om ze te realiseren en waakt over vooruitgang. Je werkt een roadmap en plan van aanpak uit die past binnen de bredere ambities van Mediafin.
-Je vormt de **spil** tussen de verschillende afdelingen van Mediafin (redactie, analisten, marketing, sales, IT). In dat team neem je een **trekkersrol** en treed je op als facilitator om tot een gedragen visie te komen.
-Je houdt een vinger aan de pols en volgt evoluties en trends in de markt nauwlettend op. Je gebruikt **data als drijfveer** om projecten richting te geven.
-Je verzamelt informatie over relevante doelgroepen en gebruikt deze inzichten om je propositie vorm te geven en gericht te valideren.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
**Productstrategie**: Je vertaalt visie naar actie via een roadmap die aansluit bij onze bredere bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- **Projectmanagement**: Je beheert en prioriteert projecten, zet werkgroepen op en verzekert hun voortgang.
- **Market-fit**: Je volgt actief trends en gebruikt data om onze productpropositie te verfijnen en te valideren.

Je hebt ervaring als **product manager** in een digitale omgeving.
-Je vertoont een **sterke interesse** voor de wereld van **beleggen en financiële markten.**Je bent doelgericht en vertaalt uitdagingen naar oplossingen.
-Je bent **een team-speler**, brengt mensen samen en werkt naar breed gedragen oplossingen.
-Je bent een **doener**, je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en beschikt over goede **organisatie
- en project management skills.**Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans.
