Bij DPG Media willen we inspireren, informeren en entertainen. We zijn intussen een grote familie aan Radio en TV merken, een familie die continu in beweging is.
In het team van 'Strategy & Partnerships' kijk je met één oog kritisch mee naar de Entertainment wereld vandaag en met het andere oog denk je mee na over de toekomst en de mogelijke opportuniteiten om onze lokale TV content zo goed mogelijk te valoriseren aan de hand van distributie deals (bv. Telenet, Proximus, Orange,..) en de ontwikkeling van digitale reclamemodellen voor TV.
Als Project Manager Distribution & Adsolutions TV ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle projecten en initiatieven die genomen worden in het kader van de digitale transformatie van TV.
Je ondersteunt hierbij het business-strategisch team van de Entertainment-afdeling in de analyse, ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe kijk
- en reclamemodellen voor televisie content.

**Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
**1. **Project management Adsolutions**
Je hoofdverantwoordelijkheid bestaat uit het coördineren en leiden van cross-departementale project teams om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd en binnen budget worden voltooid.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en naleven van project roadmaps, het bepalen van de juiste prioriteiten aan de relevante interne en externe stakeholders die bij je projecten betrokken zijn.
Daarnaast presenteer je op geregelde tijdstippen de resultaten van jouw lopende projecten aan het kernteam.

**2. **Business analysis & executive**
Je houdt in al je project activiteiten rekening met de vooropgestelde business KPI’s en houdt de progressie en status nauw in de gaten.
Je takenpakket bestaat daarnaast ook uit het opmaken van de nodige analyses, onderzoek en het meten van de impact van nieuwe kijk
- en reclamemodellen. Je inzichten zijn gebaseerd op markt-, concurrentie
- en financiële analyses en ondersteunen het team om de strategische doelstellingen te behalen.
Daarnaast werk je mee in je het team om de jaarlijkse business
- & budgetplannen vorm te geven.
Hierdoor ben je ook nauw betrokken bij het voorbereiden van de onderhandelingen rond nieuwe distributie partnerships.

**3. Ondersteunen bij het identificeren van nieuwe kijk
- en reclamemogelijkheden**
In je rol kijk je mee uit naar nieuwe kansen om te groeien. Je volgt de (internationale) trends en ontwikkelingen in de streaming & televisie-industrie op en spot mee de mogelijke opportuniteiten.

**Functievereisten**
- Een afgeronde master opleiding in een financiële of economische richting.
- Je hebt een relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je hebt ambitie om zelf te groeien en het bedrijf DPG Media te helpen groeien.
- Je kan van op een afstand naar zaken, feiten en cijfers kijken en het grote geheel en de grote lijnen te zien, terwijl je oog hebt voor de detail.
- Je bent open en constructief voor de ideeën die op je pad komen - maar ook in staat je eigen visie uit te dragen.
- Je kan vlot schakelen en flexibel reageren op veranderingen tijdens het verloop van een project of veranderingen tijdens een opdracht, waarbij je de kalmte bewaart en je pragmatisch zoekt naar de beste outcome.
- Je bent teamgericht, nieuwsgierig, ruimdenkend en leergierig in de samenwerking met je collega's.
- Door je vlotte communicatie, de gave om iets complex simpel te brengen en je aanstekelijke positivisme werken mensen uit andere teams graag met je samen.
- Je hebt interesse in onze Radio & TV merken en programma's en een stevige drive of fierheid om hier deel van uit te maken.
