As a Program Manager in 3DExcite you will work with global industrial companies and your main scope will include client ownership, project management, stakeholder alignment, performance management, risk management and budget management. The role is based in Vilvoorde in Belgium.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Client Ownership: Alongside our Sales team, act as the primary point of contact for our automotive clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Take ownership of the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll do this in close collaboration with the Project Management team.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning Project Managers, Product Specialists, Team Leads, Creatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Performance Management: Monitor and optimize project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Budget Management: Manage the overall account budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness, contributing to the financial success of the accounts.
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Masters or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in automotive marketing or related fields.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional, cross-geo teams.
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
