Ter versterking van het **Tax & Legal Team** zijn wij op zoek naar een **Senior** Consultant Indirect Tax.**
Het Tax & Legal Team staat uiteenlopende cliënten bij, van grote internationale ondernemingen tot lokale ondernemers, over een breed scala aan sectoren.
In deze rol geef je op nationaal en internationaal niveau advies aan bedrijven over de ontwikkeling en het beheer van directe belastingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor projectbeheer van nationale en internationale adviesprojecten, vaak in een multidisciplinaire fiscale context. Daarnaast leid je Belgische fiscale compliance projecten en coach je een dynamisch en enthousiast team van zowel junior als senior adviseurs. Als leidinggevende begeleidt je hen in hun ontwikkeling bij Crowe Spark en ben je een sleutel in de verdere ontwikkeling van de Tax & Legal afdeling. Je bouwt elke dag mee aan de uitbreiding en ontwikkeling van klantenrelaties.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma in een economische richting, Rechten of een business school, idealiter met een major in fiscaliteit.
- Je beschikt over minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, of je bent na enkele jaren ervaring in een senior or (junior) manager rol, klaar voor de volgende stap.
- Je beschikt over sterke people management skills en hebt bij voorkeur minimum een eerste ervaring in het coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers.
- Je beschikt over sterke commerciële skills en bouwt graag lange termijn relaties op met klanten.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden die je in staat stellen om op een open, eerlijke en consistente manier te communiceren.
- Door sterke organisatorische vaardigheden ben je in staat om grote en complexe projecten te beheren. Daarnaast beschik je over het vermogen om te communiceren met verschillende stakeholders op elk niveau.
- Je beschikt over een klantgerichte, innovatieve en ondernemende mentaliteit.
- Je kan jezelf vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling) en je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
