**Introduction**:
Interested in **Mendix** ? From our unit you will enter the wonderful world of low-code and get the chance to work your way up to a top notch expert. Are you a brand new school leaver looking for your first challenge? Then Ordina will provide you with that springboard: during our **Traineeship **we will fully immerse you in the world of low-code.
You will learn to work with the latest high-tech tools and there is attention for both your technical skills with the necessary certification pathways and soft skills such as communication, giving feedback and collaboration. You will receive a warm welcome in our expert unit where you will receive personal guidance from your practice manager and where knowledge sharing is the norm within our team.
