**BINOCS** is the #1 cloud-based SaaS solution for digital resource planning & scheduling in laboratories and small scale production. It aligns work demand with the resource capacity of knowledge workers & equipment and comes with zero-code integration in the enterprise architecture (LIMS, PPM, CTMS, MES, etc.). BINOCS is a complete solution designed for the following niche use cases:
- QA/QC labs
- R&D labs
- Cell & Gene therapy
- RMO (resource management office)
We’re looking for a Junior Consultant to join BINOCS in Belgium (offices in Aalst and Mechelen).
**Your Role**:
- During the 6 first months, you will be trained in-depth via a BINOCS Bootcamp, followed by an intensive Product Traineeship. During this traineeship, you will learn the ins & outs of BINOCS while gradually moving to increasingly complex customer assignments as BINOCS Certified Professional.
- Within these customers, typically renowned pharma/biotech companies, you will work with the project team on dedicated work packages. These packages are highly diverse in content but always supported by colleagues around you. Examples could include setting up a new interface to add a new data source, designing a new report based on new customer requirements, coordinating the exchange of BINOCS best practices among the customer’s departments, configuring a new use case in the tool, etc.
- Your goal is to build sustainable solutions and maintain relationships with your client’s key users to help them to get the full value out of their BINOCS solution.
- After 6 months to a year, your role will typically grow into either a Customer Success Manager position (taking the lead on your customers from their go-live onwards) or into an Implementation Consultant (managing the project and configuration of customers to their go-live).
- Your ability to understand client needs and to find suitable, business-savvy solutions will make the BINOCS track a success.

**Your Skills**:
- You are an entrepreneur - you like fast-paced and dynamic environments where your job content can evolve quickly.
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), you can talk to a wide range of people and succeed in making them smile - even over the phone.
- You are an energetic problem solver. You are ready to jump into a wide range of complex customer environments, analyze situations and come up with a plan of action - which you then proceed to implement (-> the technical configuration).
- You have a Master’s degree; business engineering would be a plus.
- Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in customer success, implementations or sales.
- You are fluent in English and knowledge of French or Dutch would be considered an asset.
