**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- **Build strong, sustainable customer relationships** by introducing BUFFL solutions, including the product, relevant training and excellent customer service.
- Based on the company vision & strategy in place, you **focus on customer loyalty & adoption** by creating tailored engagement strategies per customer.
- Onboard and **manage key stakeholders** for our most strategic accounts.
- Act as a BUFFL evangelist and** build a network of BUFFL ambassadors** within our customer organizations and activate the use of our platform

- A **communicator**: you are able to sense the room and manage your stakeholders with clear communication. You’re able to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and/or English.
- A **BUFFL** **ambassador**: you live, breathe and are able to excite others about our product.
- You have a minimum of **3 years of experience in account management. **Affinity with innovation is a plus.
