Allround IT Support | Function Description
As an Allround IT Helpdesk-Support, you will be a crucial part of the IT team, addressing a wide range of technological issues and contributing to the internal IT operations.
Allround IT Support | Key Responsibilities
Offer IT support for internal staff, handling both hardware and software issues.
Respond to inquiries through various channels and perform on-site interventions when necessary.
Participate in developing and improving helpdesk processes.
Document technical issues and solutions for internal knowledge base.
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
Allround IT Support | Your Profile
Strong IT knowledge from prior helpdesk experience.
Team-oriented with fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
Basic understanding of IT security principles and data privacy policies.
**Knowledge in**: VMware, Networking basics, Veeam, Microsoft Intune, Office 365.
