De Nationale Bank van België (NBB) zoekt een IT Risk Analyst voor haar dienst " Toezicht op financiële marktinfrastructuren, op betalingsdiensten en cyberrisico's ". Deze dienst heeft als taak om de goede, veilige en efficiënte werking na te gaan van de betaling-, clearing en (effecten)vereffeningssystemen die gevestigd zijn in België of die van belang zijn voor de Belgische financiële sector. Dit is van wezenlijk belang om systeemrisico's te voorkomen en te beheersen. Een aantal van deze infrastructuren is zeer internationaal actief, en is systemisch relevant in verschillende landen, vandaar dat er een internationaal coöperatief toezicht (dat door de NBB wordt geleid) werd opgezet. Risico's aanwezig bij de infrastructuren onder toezicht worden geïdentificeerd en de adequate beheersing ervan wordt afgedwongen. Tegelijk is de dienst in het kader van de internationale samenwerking met andere centrale banken betrokken bij het uitwerken van de normen die betrekking hebben op deze infrastructuren.
Functie
? je analyseert de sterkte van de IT-omgevingen bij instellingen die vallen onder het toezicht van de NBB
? je evalueert hun operationeel risicomanagement (met betrekking tot project management, IT-beveiliging, cyber risico's, business continuity, IT-omgeving, outsourcing, Fintech ontwikkelingen,...)
? je analyseert kritisch rapporten (audits, risicoanalyses,...) betreffende operationele en IT risico's en beoordeelt de bevindingen ervan
? je stelt rapporten op aan het senior management en aan internationale werkgroepen verantwoordelijk voor deze materie
? je neemt deel aan internationale werkgroepen.
Profiel
? je bent houder van een masterdiploma in de informatica, ingenieurswetenschappen of handelsingenieur beleidsinformatica
? je beschikt over een opleiding en/of ervaring in audit van IT-omgevingen of in technieken van (operationeel) risicomanagement
? je bent functioneel tweetalig NL/FR en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk - niveau B1)
? je hebt een analytische, kritische en synthetische geest
? je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk)
? je hebt zin voor initiatief
? je bent stressbestendig
? je bent contactvaardig (teamwork en frequente externe contacten).
