**Headit is op zoek naar een enthousiaste, energieke Sales Development Professional.**

Onze klant is een servicebedrijf voor businessklanten, meer bepaald voor KMO’s, en een internationale speler binnen Benefits & Rewards Services.

**Je verantwoordelijkheden als Sales Development Professional**:

- Nieuwe verkoopkansen genereren en identificeren via inkomende prospectie en diverse generatiekanalen;
- Het onboarden van nieuwe leads door marketingtrajecten;
- Telefoon
- en mailverkeer, alsook live chat, met zowel warme als koude leads;
- Assisteren en ondersteunen bij verbeteringen van het leadkwalificatieproces;
- Consequent contact onderhouden met nieuwe en bestaande leads;
- De pipeline van geïnteresseerde prospecten beheren;
- Nauwe samenwerking met de interne salesdepartementen.

**Hoe ziet jouw profiel eruit?**
- Je behaalde een hoger diploma, bij voorkeur in een marking
- of sales-gerelateerde richting;
- Je hebt ervaring in soortgelijke functie;
- Ervaring met programma’s HubSpot en Salesforce is mooi meegenomen;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een grote plus;
- Je bent geduldig en kan met volle aandacht luisteren naar de wensen en behoeften van de klant;
- Je bent in het bezit van sterke organisatorische skills;
- Je haalt energie uit het oplossen van een complex probleem;
- Je bent een ware multitasker en bent in staat om je meteen aan te passen naar de huidige situatie;
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een enthousiaste teamplayer.
