Ter versterking van het departement Health & Safety zijn wij op zoek naar een Health & Safety Officer Level II (m/v/x).
Spreekt deze uitdaging je aan?
- Je enthousiasmeert, faciliteert en begeleidt de lijnmanagers en operationele teams bij het ontwikkelen van een veiligheidscultuur en een gezondheidsbeleid.
- Je bent bent - samen met je collega preventieadviseurs - het aanspreekpunt voor diegenen die betrokken zijn bij het veiligheidsbeleid.
- Je streeft naar preventieve verbeteringsacties. Hiervoor analyseer je onder meer de arbeidsongevallen, de rapporten van de systematische onderzoeken op de arbeidsplaats en baseer je je op ons welzijnsmanagementsysteem.
- Je faciliteert bij de werkpostanalyses, taakrisico-analyses, metingen en keuringen, indienststelling van lokalen, materieel en PBM’s.
- Je doet de verslaggeving van het CPBW en beheert het secretariaat.
- Je staat mee in voor het behoud van onze ISO45001-certificatie door de procedures, registers, instructies te onderhouden.
Welke bagage neem je mee?
- Je hebt een bachelor of je bent gelijkwaardig door je ervaring.
- Je bent in het bezit van een certificaat van Preventieadviseur (niveau II)
- Je bouwde mínimaal een 8-tal jaar relevante werkervaring op.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de wetgeving inzake veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn. Je breidt deze kennis systematisch uit d.m.v. zelfstudie en je bent bereid opleidingen te volgen.
- Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans en je hebt minstens een basiskennis Engels.
- Je bent bereid een luchthavenrijbewijs te behalen.
