Sustainability Data Specialist

**Your responsibilities at C&A**
- Participate in the data management processes across the Sustainability Team, including data collection, tagging and user management
- Develop smooth and largely automated processes for the data owners and data approvers
- Prepare accurate, engaging and actionable performance reports and presentations for management and colleagues as needed
- Maintain documentation related to performance metrics, definition and calculation methodologies
- Collaborate with IT to implement the necessary check and balances to ensure the accuracy and quality of data and reports
**What we expect of you**
- You have between 1-3 year experience in business analytics and/or sustainability performance management
- You know about analytical and data visualization tools and can use some of them (knowledge of Power BI is an asset). You can perform data preparation and cleansing with guidance
- You know how to present clear data insights that colleagues can understand and use. Outstanding PowerPoint skills is an asset
- You understand basic data issues and can check that the data and analysis look right. You understand the concept of data being fit for purpose
- You love to work with numbers and graphs. You are curious and you want to understand the context of the data you are handling
- You perform well in an environment of demanding temporary peaks on the delivery of reports
