**Role**: Customer Success Manager - Dutch speaking
**Start Date**: March-April 2025
**Location**: Sint Truiden 2 days per week at our beautiful offices based out of the Droneport

**The Mission: Building Seamless Mobility Experiences**
At InTouch, we roll out mobility and enforcement solutions that help cities, municipalities, and police zones thrive. Your role as a **Customer Success Manager** will ensure customers experience:
- Smooth onboarding and configuration of our software tailored to their needs.
- Creative, hands-on solutions to their challenges.
- A trusted partner who listens, acts, and advocates for their feedback internally.

Be the go-to person for onboarding, configuration, and ensuring our solutions meet customer expectations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technically savvy with a solid understanding of software configuration.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- ** Fluent in English, and Dutch**, French is a big plus
