**Wat ga je doen?**:
- Je zorgt voor een onderscheidende KFC gastbeleving;
- Zorgt voor coaching op de werkvloer en ondersteunt het management;
- Je draagt zorg voor de training en ontwikkeling van Crew Members;
- Erop toezien dat de gast een correcte en snelle service krijgt;
- Fungeert als aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor rust en stabiliteit tijdens de drukste momenten;**Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?**:
- Voor de functie van Team Coach is het niet van belang om ervaring te hebben in de horeca. Heb je wel ervaring? Dan is dat natuurlijk mooi meegenomen Naast een teamplayer mentaliteit verwachten wij van jou dat je:- Verzorgt voorkomt;
- Als een aanvoerder binnen het team met de juiste coaching het management ondersteunt in het leiden van de shift;
- Orde en netheid je grootste passie is;
- Klantgericht bent, met een positieve houding naar mensen en respect voor zijn/haar/hun eigenheid;
- Van een gezonde dosis dynamiek houdt en stressbestendig bent;
- Weet van aanpakken en gaat proactief aan de slag;

- Ondanks de drukte, overzicht kan behouden;
