We are looking for a **HR Data & Insights Team Lead **to join us in our **Reward & Talent Operations** team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium

**About the role**

**What you’ll do**

**This job involves**:

- Developing a vision and operating model for HR insights and data management
- Understands (evolving) needs of internal stakeholders
- Develops the vision & operating model to support Talent & UCB Leaders with meaningful talent insights
- Set’s up operating model to effectively deliver global data management, reporting & insights services
- Stakeholder management & engagement with Talent & Business leaders: identify needs, steer prioritization, understand long term vision and need beyond the problem/ask of today.
- Collects ideas and implements initiatives to improve practices, processes & tools
- Actively seeks to maintain current knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, focusing on how these developments can be applied to benefit UCB
- Create engagement and train stakeholders on data usage and insights to evolve data maturity & usage of people data at UCB
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance practices are in place
- Set-up and maintain data quality & governance in line with global UCB practices
- Data privacy compliant processes
- Creating and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards.
- Manage current portfolio of Dashboards & reports
- Define the roadmap & implementation plan
- Managing a team of 5 data & insights professionals:

- Planning and prioritizing of resources & projects
- Coaching & team development
- Lead advanced analytics projects
- Oversees workforce planning and implementation.

- Master’s Degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate effectively across the organization (direct reports and indirectly)
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization. Ability to adapt to the audience (cultural awareness)
- Solid communication skills, ability, and willingness to take initiative
- Results driven leader with a strong service-oriented mindset and behavior. Ability to set expectations and communicate results and status proactively
- Analytical mindset: ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop meaningful conclusions.
- Takes ownership of resolving problems
