Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? **Functiebeschrijving**

Als Team Leader Databases sta je in voor het organiseren en aansturen van het team Databases.

Je definieert de objectieven en staat in voor het people management door medewerkers te begeleiden, coachen en motiveren. Ook moedig je hen aan in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je waakt daarnaast over een continue training van de technische competenties om de expertise binnen het team te ontwikkelen. Finaal volg je de dienstverlening door je team op en evalueer je deze om ze te optimaliseren.

Je staat mee in voor het opstellen en opvolgen van het budget van het team en voor de planning van de taken. Binnen dit kader coördineer je de activiteiten met het oog op een optimale realisatie van de infrastructuurprojecten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.

Daarnaast organiseer je het operationeel beheer van infrastructuur teneinde de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te verzekeren. Je stelt de documentatie op en definieert de procedures met betrekking tot de technische infrastructuur om het beheer, het onderhoud en de evolutie te verzekeren.

Als geprivilegieerd aanspreekpunt van onze klanten (intern en extern) sta je in voor de onderhandelingen met hen en bied je hen de nodige ondersteuning. Je organiseert eveneens de interface naar het management.

**Profiel**

Je behaalde een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma en beschikt reeds over een aantal jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.

Je hebt een heel goede kennis en reële ervaring met de volgende database-technologieën: Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server.

Kennis van de volgende technologieën is een pluspunt: Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, andere data store NoSQL.

Je kan technische discussies over database-architecturen voeren met een groep DBA-experten. Binnen dit expertisedomein ben je in staat om oplossingen te evalueren en valideren die aan de requirements van de business voldoen.

Je hebt een basiskennis van de verschillende domeinen inzake IT-infrastructuur (middleware, server, storage en network).

Je hebt ervaring met ITIL Support Services (incident, problem en change management).

Je bent communicatief, weet prioriteiten te leggen en kan coördineren en motiveren.

Het zijn je overtuigingskracht, je onderhandelingstalent, je vastberadenheid en je verantwoordelijkheidszin die we zoeken.

Een actieve kennis van het Frans is noodzakelijk.
