Sales & Administration Officer bilingue NL/FR
Choux de Bruxelles est une société multi-métiers dans le domaine de l’Horeca : services traiteurs, lieux pour
événements privés ou d’entreprises, restaurants, food-trucks, cours de cuisine, chambres d’hôtes. Pour rejoindre
notre grande famille de gens passionnés et dynamiques, nous recherchons un Sales & Administration Officer
bilingue NL/FR pour notre siège situé sur le beau site de l’Arsenal à Etterbeek.
FONCTION
Sous la supervision du CEO et de la Responsable commerciale, tu as une double-casquette : tu assures un
support à l’équipe commerciale composée de 9 personnes très dynamiques et tu participes à la gestion
générale des bureaux. Plus précisément, tes tâches principales sont les suivantes:
Support commercial : Back Office général:
- Gestion et tri des demandes entrantes - Commandes fournitures de bureau
par téléphone des soucis IT
- Création et adaptation de templates - Relais Odoo
d’offres commerciales/devis et de - Création et adaptation de templates et
supports commerciaux divers documents divers
- Création et adaptation d’articles dans Odoo - Rédaction de PV des réunions
- Reporting, statistiques de ventes (via Odoo) opérationnelles
- Support à l’équipe dans diverses tâches - Gestion des certificats verts
administratives - Autres tâches administratives et de
support diverses
PROFIL
- Tu as idéalement une première expérience professionnelle similaire réussie de minimum 2 ans.
- Les métiers de Choux de Bruxelles t’attirent particulièrement. Tu aimes l’action et l’effervescence liées
au secteur de l’horeca.
- Tu es parfaitement bilingue FR + NL avec une bonne connaissance de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
- Tu maîtrises la suite Microsoft Office et tu as déjà travaillé avec un ERP. Tu es très à l’aise avec
l’informatique. Une formation sur Odoo est prévue en interne.
- Tu aimes le contact client et des fonctions de support et de conseil t’attirent particulièrement.
- Tu as d’excellentes capacités de communication, avec tous types de personnalités. Tu fais preuve de
diplomatie, d’empathie et d’assertivité.
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se), orienté(e) solutions, persévérant(e) et capable de gérer des tâches
multiples de manière autonome.
- Tu es résistant(e) au changement et au stress, flexible, proactif(ve) et très dynamique.
- Tu as un bon esprit d’équipe et tu t’intègres facilement.
