**Robert Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **Financial Controller** voor een firma, die actief is binnen de **non-profit sector**, in **Gent**.
De organisatie staat in en vertegenwoordigt de belangen van de werknemer in België. Je fungeert als Financial Business partner en werkt dicht samen met de Head of Finance Department om de verdere groei van de firma vanuit een Finance perspectief te begeleiden.
**Functieomschrijving**:
Als **Financial Controller** sta je voornamelijk in om het Finance verhaal binnen de firma verder te structureren en optimaliseren. Je bent beleidsmatig betrokken bij de richting die de organisatie op de (middel)lange termijn uitgaat op financieel vlak.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Opzetting en optimalisatie van de financiële rapportering;
- Budgettering en Forecasting;
- Project analyses uitvoeren;
- Optimalisatie van de Finance softwares;
- Opstelling en optimalisatie van de consolidatie;
- Financieel plan en jaarlijkse begrotingen opstellen;
- Ratio analyses;
- Analyse jaarrekeningen.
**Profiel**:
- Een Bachelor of Master diploma;
- Pasafgestudeerde of aantal jaar Finance ervaring;
- Je beheerst een gemiddelde kennis van het Nederlands, kennis frans is een plus;
- Je hebt een goede ervaring met Excel;
- Je hebt een analytisch vermogen en kan door de cijfers kijken.
