Als projectontwikkelaar zijn wij gespecialiseerd in de bouw én exploitatie van verschillende soorten vastgoed, waaronder hotels, studentenhuisvesting en publieke parkings, en ontwikkelen we ook tweede verblijven en sociaal vastgoed.

- **Wat zal je doen?**_
Als Financial Controller bij Fortior ben je een belangrijke speler in het optimaliseren van onze interne organisatie en de implementatie van nieuwe rapportagesystemen en het klantenportaal. Je werkt samen met de CFO en fungeert als zijn rechterhand bij het verwezenlijken van deze doelstellingen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:
- Het gebruik van jouw eigen inzichten in combinatie met onze bestaande dashboards en tools om zo de interne organisatie te optimaliseren
- Het mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor de implementatie van nieuwe rapportagesystemen en het klantenportaal
- Het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de rapportages
- Het zorgen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportage aan de CFO
- Het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van financiële gegevens om de financiële prestaties van de organisatie te monitoren
- Het bieden van ondersteuning bij budgettering en forecasting
- Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van financiële beleidslijnen en procedures

Onze ideale kandidaat heeft:
- Masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring
- Ervaring met rapportage
- en analysesystemen
- Een proactieve en hands-on mentaliteit
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed cijfermatig inzicht
- Een sterk gevoel voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een uitstekende kennis van Excel
- Doorzettingsvermogen en bewees dit al meermaals
- Een sterke wil om meer en sneller iets te bereiken in het leven dan wat 'gangbaar' is
