Voor die laatste sector zoeken we een Product Support Specialist
**Your responsibilities**:
**Jouw uitdaging als Product Support Specialist**
In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol binnen het team Tertiair en draag je bij aan het realiseren van de commerciële doelstellingen. Je biedt zowel technische als commerciële ondersteuning aan de klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij de best mogelijke service ontvangen.
**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je adviseert over technische vraagstukken bij projecten zoals scholen, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra.
- Commercieel denk je mee en je introduceert klanten nieuwe producten en diensten, waarbij je promoties actief onder de aandacht brengt.
- Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en stelt op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor.
- Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van offertes, bestellingen en administratieve processen.
- Je ondersteunt buitendienstmedewerkers met commerciële en technische taken.
- Door middel van interne opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt.
- Je werkt samen met collega’s van diverse afdelingen om de klant optimaal te bedienen.
**Qualifications**:
**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Een technische achtergrond (bijvoorbeeld in elektriciteit, elektromechanica of industriële wetenschappen) of gelijkwaardige ervaring als elektricien.
- Zowel starters als ervaren professionals zijn welkom.
- Je bent flexibel, communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je beschikt over sterke technische kennis en weet klanten gericht te adviseren.
- Klantgerichtheid en service staan bij jou voorop.
