The position is based full-time in
**Olen, Belgium**.
You will be reporting to the
**Plant Manager **working in a small and diverse team. You will be working closely with the quality manager and product manager.
**Your main responsibilities**:
**Registration Coordinator**:
- Check and verify all submitted documents for accuracy considering regulatory compliance including product labels, ingredient lists, safety data sheets,
- Contact different parties to ensure that the registration process is moving forward.
- ** Data Entry and accurate record keeping**:
- Enter and update product information into the registration database.
**Product Quality Control support**:
- Registering delivered goods
- Quality control before packaging (sieving + moisture tests) and after packaging (taking random samples)
- Weekly walkthrough to check on cleaning procedures
- Requesting analysis according to the analysis plan and follow-up on the results
- Quality control of documents for customers
- Quality/safety follow-up on certificates from suppliers and technical documents of raw materials
**Legislation follow-up**
- Follow-up on changes in regulations
- Keep labels up-to-date with regulation
- Coordinate changes with different departments
**Your profile**:
Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in registration or quality
Fluent in English and Dutch with good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Proactive and flexible mindset to handle unexpected changes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
