**Regional Manager East & West Flanders** (Professional Division).

**✔️ About the job**: Thanks to a first positive and successful experience in people management and a strong track-record in managing key accounts, you lead the sales team in the areas of East and West Flanders to contribute to the group’s ambition to grow.
**Some of your key responsibilities**
- You **coach a sales team** of 6 sales reps and are responsible for the sales of your region. ****:
- You maintain contacts and **negotiate **with B2B distributors and actively prospect for new customers.
- You analyze the market and closely follow new trends and developments in the market.
- You focus on key performance indicators and strive to achieve optimal results by successfully managing the sales team.
- You consider the internal **CRM system** as a source of information and, together with your team, you actively use this "360° customer view" platform.
You report to the Commercial Director Belgium.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent thinking level.
- You have a proven **successful experience in managing a sales team** (this is a must)
- You have at least 5 years experience in sales and key account management. FMCG backgrounds are welcome. Construction sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- You have the ability to **unite a team** and communicate a clear vision for our business direction. ****:
