- en kwaliteitsniveaus. Op deze manier komen we tegemoet aan de behoeften van het personeel van de stad, haar afdelingen, scholen, non-profitorganisaties en burgers - duizenden mensen - om partners te zijn in hun gebruikerservaringen.

i-CITY telt ongeveer 160 dynamische en gemotiveerde medewerkers en is voortdurend op zoek naar zowel knowhow als interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.

**Functie**:

- Je werkt samen met de architecten om het beste IT-antwoord te kiezen voor de beschreven bedrijfsbehoefte;
- Je vertaalt de beschrijving van de eisen van de klant (op basis van functionele analyses) in documenten voor het ontwerp van oplossingen (gedetailleerde technische analyses) met het oog op validatie vóór voltooiing en implementatie.
- Je voert aanpassings-, ontwikkelings
- en onderhoudstaken uit voor de informatiesystemen in overeenstemming met de overeengekomen SLA's.
- Je zorgt voor de stabiliteit (impactstudie) van de bestaande informatiesystemen in geval van wijzigingen en om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen;
- Je stelt technische documentatie op en werkt deze bij;
- Je beoordeelt de werklast (materiële en personele middelen), maakt een planning en geeft regelmatig feedback over de voortgang;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleveren van nieuwe versies van het informatiesysteem, je haalt ze door de verschillende omgevingen (Dvlp, Test, Prod) en je controleert of ze correct zijn uitgevoerd;
- Je biedt gebruikers ondersteuning voor de aanwezige informatiesystemen;
- Je voert technische en functionele tests uit (unit, mass en non-regression);
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van technologische ontwikkelingen met betrekking tot de gebruikte technische omgevingen/frameworks;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en oplossen van incidenten gerapporteerd door gebruikers op het/de informatiesysteem(en);
- Je bewaakt en voldoet aan de SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) voor applicatieoplossingen (informatiesystemen) en anticipeert op de grote veranderingen daarvan.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de systeem
- en productieteams van i-CITY om voorstellen te doen voor het optimaliseren van de software-infrastructuur.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (Bachelor of Master) bij voorkeur met een technische/informatica oriëntatie ;
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar succesvolle programmeerervaring in een van de volgende talen: Java, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell, COBOL en bij voorkeur in een Windows/Linux omgeving ;
- Je bent bekend met webtechnologiestandaarden;
- Je hebt affiniteit met gebieden die te maken hebben met het leven in de stad: openbare diensten en in het bijzonder human resources;
- Je hebt een analytische, logische en georganiseerde geest; Je bent klant
