Accounting & Taxation Manager

**As a member of **the Finance function, you will be responsible for**:
- Managing the periodical closing of accounts, from the definition of the planning up to the approval and transmission of the consolidation package to Head Office;
- Monitoring the evolution of relevant accounting and taxation regulations;
- Ensuring conformity with BGAAP and IFRS norms (for the latter in cooperation with specialised teams located at Head Office);
- Drafting internal and external accounting and taxation reports, in addition to other finance-related reports for local authorities;
- Managing corporate income tax, VAT and other taxes (including filing, prepayments, inspections);
- Managing the fiscal affairs of Eni’s French Branch;
- Maintaining internal controls within the accounting processes to ensure compliance with SOX;
- Accounts payable (including managing the implementation of e-invoices within AP);
- Managing the recharge of services performed by the Belgian branch towards other entities of the Eni group;
- Planning and forecasting OPEX.
**This is the opportunity for you if you have the following skills and experience**:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Strong working knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
- Strong numerical and data management skills;
- Proficient with MS-Office suite, experience with SAP would be an advantage;
- Strong people-management skills with a service mindset;
- Excellent organizational skills, work with a high level of accuracy, proactive.
