Functie:
Je richt je voornamelijk op het **begeleiden van je teamleden**, het verfijnen van hun vaardigheden en het stimuleren van hun professionele groei.
Een greep uit jouw taken:
- ** Aansturen en coachen** van ongeveer 15 teamleden.
- Ontwikkelen van **werkplanningen en effectief beheren** van teammiddelen.
- Je biedt ondersteuning op vlak van boekhouding, BTW, maand
- en jaarafsluitingen.
Profiel:
- Je hebt een relevante master
- of bacheloropleiding achter de rug aangevuld met bijbehorende ervaring;
- Je communiceert vloeiend in het **Nederlands en Engels**, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
- Kennis van **Clearfacts, Exact, en Navision** is een plus
- Je kan **multitasken **als de beste en weet **prioriteiten te stellen**;
- Je hebt **oog voor detail**
