HireOn Ltd. is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit French speaking Inbound Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.

Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary 19500 euro gross/year + 2000 euro bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Refer non sales /presales enquiries to the right organization
- Manage customer/reseller requests on spare parts by checking spare part stocks & availability
- Close inbound sales for B2C customers
- Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities and pass the lead to the team in charge
- Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the right organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
- Computer literate with solid IT knowledge
- Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
- Ability to follow the security rules of the company
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
