Voor ons sales team in België zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service employee. In deze uitdagende en brede rol fungeer jij als het aanspreekpunt voor alle klanten in België. Je houdt je bezig met het ondersteunen van jouw sales collega's, bent verantwoordelijk voor de orderverwerking, fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en maakt ze niet alleen blij maar zelfs een echte FAN van GARCIA zodat je ook Re-orders kunt schrijven.
Op dagelijkse basis houd jij je voornamelijk bezig met;
- Jij bent veel in contact met onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat je duurzame relaties met hen opbouwt;
- Het uitvoeren en checken van diverse backoffice processen/orderverwerking, etc;
- Je behandelt diverse vragen van klanten over bijvoorbeeld; bestellingen/retouren/leveringen, klachten etc.;
- Je denkt proactief mee over het verbeteren van zowel de klantbeleving als de customer service processen;
- Ondersteuning van het sales team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
**360 in de organisatie**:
In deze rol ben jij onderdeel van het internationale Customer service team. Je rapporteert aan zowel de salesmanager van België als de customer service manager in Nederland.
**Dit breng jij mee**:
- Succesvol afgeronde commerciële opleiding;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Franse taal perfect, Engels is een pre;
- Je kunt je systemen snel eigen maken en hebt een goede beheersing van Excel;
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en speelt graag in op verkoopsignalen van een klant;
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken;
- Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en bent altijd op zoek naar hoe dingen beter kunnen;
- Verder ben jij communicatief vaardig, energiek, je hebt humor en werkt graag in teamverband.
