**La fonction**

En votre qualité de Travel Consultant, vous donnez le sourire à vos clients en leur proposant des vacances inoubliables. Qu’il s’agisse d’une semaine à Majorque, d’un citytrip à Londres ou d’un circuit sur mesure en Californie, vous réglez tout dans les moindres détails. Les vacances doivent être comme une fête, quelle que soit la destination. À vous, Maker of Happy, de rendre les phases d’orientation et de réservation du voyage les plus agréables possible. Parfois, on tombe rapidement sur le voyage parfait, parfois, cela demande un peu plus d’efforts. Pour vous y aider, vous faites appel à vos propres connaissances ou à votre expérience.

La flexibilité et la collaboration sont des éléments très importants au sein de l’équipe TUI. Vous êtes engagé(e) comme agent de voyages dans une agence fixe, mais il est possible que vous deviez vous rendre dans une autre agence à proximité. Vous rejoignez un groupe de 5 à 9 agences qui rassemble une trentaine de collègues. Vous n’êtes donc jamais seul(e). Le télétravail fait aussi partie des possibilités.

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez terminé une formation (secondaire ou bachelier) en tourisme, en économie ou en langues.
- Vous êtes un as de la communication en** français**.
- Vous vous concentrez surtout sur le client et la vente. Vous comprenez parfaitement nos clients et leurs besoins et vous offrez un excellent service.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues.
- Vous faites bonne impression et vous gardez la tête froide, même en cas de forte pression ou de débordement.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de façon indépendante et vous avez un esprit positif.

Vous êtes flexible pour ce qui est de travailler le week-end et, exceptionnellement, en soirée. Pas d’inquiétude: vous avez votre mot à dire dans l’élaboration de votre horaire, et celui-ci vous est communiqué bien à l’avance.

**Over de functie**

Als travel consultant maak je jouw klanten blij met een onvergetelijke herinnering. Of het nu gaat om een week Mallorca, een stedentrip naar Londen of een maatwerkreis door Californië; jij regelt alles tot in de puntjes. Een vakantie moet een feestje zijn, waar de reis ook heen gaat. Aan jou de taak, als Maker of Happy, om de oriëntatie
- en boekingsfase van de reis zo plezierig mogelijk te maken. Soms is de perfecte reis zo gevonden, soms kost het wat meer moeite. Daarbij kan je je eigen kennis of ervaring inzetten.

Flexibiliteit en samenwerking zijn bij het TUI-team zeer belangrijk. Je wordt reisagent(e) in een vast kantoor, maar het kan ook zijn dat je moet bijspringen in één van de shops in de buurt. Je werkt regionaal in een groep van 5 tot 8 winkels met een 30-tal collega’s. Je staat er dus nooit alleen voor. Ook telewerk behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

**Over jou**
- Je hebt een afgeronde middelbare opleiding of bachelor (bijv richting Toerisme, economie of talen);
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en in het **Frans**;
- Je bent bovenal klant
- en verkoopgericht, je voelt onze klanten en hun noden feilloos aan en zorgt voor een uitstekend aanbod;
- Je bent een teamplayer en werkt nauw samen met jouw collega’s;
